I used Shuttle Board to take me from the airport to my hotel. After the initial booking, we were able to communicate directly using WhatsApp to coordinate the pickup. My driver Furkan messaged me to confirm that he would be at the airport and the desired collection time. When I landed, I confirmed this with the driver and explained that there may be a delay with baggage and he confirmed that it was okay. He let me know exactly where to stand (column 21 - you can't miss it when you exit the airport). and despite me being about 45 minutes later than the scheduled pickup time, Furkan was there to drive me to the hotel. The cost is very reasonable for a secure and reliable service and I would highly recommend using Shuttle Board for future journeys.
